Six Months

Oh my... another milestone, I can't believe my baby is six months old already! And what an amazing six months they have been. I can't even begin to say how much I love this little boy, and how much fun he is to have around. I have never been so happy. He is our little buddy, and we love him so much! Here are some of the things he is up to right now...

-Rolling. He can't crawl yet, but he rolls all over the house, and he is fast at it too! No more leaving him on the bed!

-Screaming. He has discoverd his voice box! He loves to talk talk talk, but lately that talking has turned into a really happy, loud scream. It is hilarious, because he constantly does it!

- Cuddling. I love my cuddly baby! He is energetic and wild at play, but when it comes time to settle down for a nap, he is the sweetest little cuddler. He rolls into you, puts his hand on your face and his cheek next you yours until he falls asleep. SOOOO Sweet.

- Tasting the world. Every thing he sees must go right into the mouth!

- Eating. Just started Green beans, I wish you all could see the look on his face when he realizes they taste gross!

- Laughing. He has got the cutest laugh, I look crazy all day because I am constanly trying to make him laugh, but who cares it is so worth it! And that smile, he is gonna be a ladies man with a smile like that!

- Growing, Learning, Playing, and making his mom and dad laugh!

A Little Piece of Advice

So as I told you all before Carter has started eating cereal, and yesturday I started him on sweet potatoes! He loves them! So far, I have made a whole bunch of homemade baby food. I cannot tell you how easy it is! I love it because it is the most healthy for Carter and WAY cheaper than buying it at the store! I bought two sweet potatoes at the store for under a buck, took them home, steamed them, pureed them, and then put them in little containers in my freezer. Just those two SP's made tonz of baby food! ITS SO EASY, and actually really fun! So if you haven't already, try making you own baby food! I have a great book that teaches you about it called Top 100 Paby purees that I bought off of amazon, which has a ton of information and fun recipes I can't wait to try.

Nordi Sale!!!

Only 4 days until my favorite shoping day of the entire year! The Nordstrom sale starts on Friday, and I can't wait!!! I have been saving my pennies for months, really, this is almost more exciting than Christmas! Every year I go with my Mom and Sister to this sale and we just shop until we drop! This year they are coming to the sale here in Vegas, because it is the very best one! All of our husbands already took work off to watch the kids. Oh it is going to be so grand!!!

Lovin Summer!

We have done so many fun things the last couple of weeks my blog is in huge need of an update! My Mom and Sis were sweet enough to fly down to Vegas to visit us a couple weeks ago. We did what we do very best SHOP, and play at the pool alot! Carter loves to be with his cousins, its just to bad that they were all sick! After that I traveled up to Salt Lake and spent a week with my fam. The weather was so beautiful! We went on walks every morning and spent tonz of time outside! It has been a while since I lived there during the summer and I miss it!! Our entire family went to Lagoon together which was the highlight of our trip! Holy cow, Lagoon has so many fun new rides, There is a new one called wicked and it is really WICKED! Regan's phone flew out of his pocket it is so crazy! Carter was a little angel all Day! I must brag again that I really have the best baby! He puts up with so much, and is always just a sweetheart! It was a rainy, loud, and long day, and he was so good! The Fourth was a blast too! My dad took Regan and I with my Uncle Rob and some cousins on the hardest freakin Hike! Granted it was very beautiful..... but I am still recovering! We had a fun bbq with the WHOLE fam that afternoon. On Sunday my newest little nephew was blessed, he is such a sweetie, and I wish I could see him more often! Oh Yes, and one other thing...Carter has started eating cereal! He loves it and was really good at it from the very beginning! Here are some fun pics from the last little while...
